Monoprinting

Fun stuff! We have an exploring the arctic type of scenario as well as a tentacle rape monster type of scenario.
1. For those that haven't done this kind of printing before, it's one of the easier ones because you don't need plates or presses. You just ink a flat surface, put paper, stencils, etc. on top and apply pressure to make the ink stick to the paper. For instance, you can draw on the back of the paper and the ink will print wherever you apply pressure with the pencil. You get very textural sort of one-off pieces out of this process: ergo, monoprinting.
2. Virginia, what is going on with you? Why don't you be more like Maryland, huh?
